Light My Fire Workshops
Light My Fire Workshops is a collaborative effort between Sexual Health Educators Jane Langton, CHT, founder of “A Juicy Life” and Dr. Ashleigh Turner, DHS, Clinical Sexologist. Their mutual passion for the promotion of positive sexuality for all led them to create a company with the mission of encouraging people of all ages to embrace their sexual selves, develop sexual comfort, and empower as many people as possible through the sharing of sexual knowledge.
Currently, their workshops focus on women and couples. Their workshops cover a wide range of sexuality related topics, and can be customized to meet the needs of participants. Although some of the workshops are more of a lecture style, the majority of the workshops are experiential, meaning that participants will be using their own experiences, knowledge and self-discoveries to obtain sexual growth. This is because in sexuality, we are our own experts; we are the best authority on our own sexuality, desires and fantasies.

Workshops Currently Offered:
Girls’ Night In
Dates: November 4th, 10th, 18th, 25th
Cost $250 per participant
(One Night a week for four weeks, 2 hours per session)
Have you ever wondered what others are experiencing when it comes to their sexuality? Join Jane and Ashleigh for a chance to examine sexuality on a level that most other people won’t. This four-week series will cover topics including sex, relationships, media influence and masturbation. This workshop provides the unique opportunity for women of all ages to explore their level of comfort with their own sexuality and sensuality, while creating a network of sex positive women. Using media, guided imagery, and other methods, you will tap into your inner sexuality. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything to help you feel comfortable!
Limit of 8 participants. Attendance at all four sessions is required. The goal of this course is to develop a level of comfort within the group and with your own experience, and dedication to the process is necessary.
Sex Ed for Adults
Dates: TBA
Cost $75 per person, or $500 for a group
Ever wondered what it would be like to take sex education classes as an adult? Or what it would be like if you could ask any question about sex and have someone give you a real answer? Here’s your chance! Ask the questions you were too shy to ask in high school, or didn’t even know about when you were in high school! Topics can be adjusted to meet the groups’ needs, and can include safer sex practices and STIs, contraceptive options, and how to make sex pleasurable for you and your partner. This workshop is a great option for groups, bachelorette parties, or anyone looking to increase their sexuality knowledge.

What happens when the honeymoon period ends? Does the sex end too? What if it doesn’t have to? With this sexual skills workshop, Jane and Ashleigh offer a different approach to sex with a partner. By examining the intimacy, and learning new skills to keep the fire burning, sex won’t have to be a thing of the past.

What could be better than having sex with a partner who loves you, and knows exactly what you want? Masturbation is a fabulous way to show your self-love. This workshop opens up the discussion and makes masturbation a topic you’ll want to discuss. Learn tips, use guided visualizations, and unlock your fantasy life to experience the mind-blowing just desserts of your own body.
